Nordica 10 & 12 

are new subwoofers in the Ultimate series. They have a new solid cast basket in the same colour as the rest of the series. Theses are subwoofers designed for SQ, not for SPL. Priorities during the developing process have been, low freq. bass capabilities, speed, timing, linearity, low distortion and phase correctness.

The” Balanced drive technology” ensures constant power being delivered to the voice coil during the full cone body movement.

This is the best subwoofers we ever developed. Pre-production samples was used in many price winning cars at the EMMA finals in Rotterdam 2010.

Ultimate series Gothia 6.2 is a new 16,5 cm (6,5") 2-way system with a solid die-cast basket and a cone body of Carbon fibre. 

- A powerful ferrite magnet system and 1,5" voice coil.
- Filter boxes with selectable tweeter level in four steps and only high class components are used, like ribbon air coils.
- 28 mm silk dome tweeter in metal housing with chamber.
- Special designed grilles are included.

The magnet system use a new T-type T-yoke with integrated copper rings for improved cone control and lower distortion.

Ultimate series Gothia 6.3 is a 16,5 cm (6,5") 3-way system.
- The 6,5" driver uses a cone of carbon fibre mounted in a cast basket.
- The midrange is Gothia 3 (3", 75 mm) mid dome speaker.
- Ferrite magnet system on bass and mid while the tweeter has a neodymium magnet system.
- Filter boxes with selectable tweeter level in three steps.
- 28 mm silk dome tweeter Gothia 1.
- Grilles are included.

DLS Scandinavia is a series of speakers developed for competition use but can of course be used by anyone with high demands for extremely good car sound.

Scandinavia in 1 is a tweeter specially designed for competition use. The extreme audio performance makes it a winner in every Pro installation.

DLS Scandinavia 3 is a midrange specially designed for competition use. The driver uses a Kevlar cone and has an extremely wide frequency range. The extreme audio performance makes it a winner in every Pro installation.

DLS Scandinavia mid bass drivers are designed for use in both 2- and 3-way configurations. To obtain the best possible result we have developed two different 6.5 inch drivers. One is optimized for 3-way systems, the other is optimized for use in 2-way systems.

DLS Scandinavia 6 is the mid bass driver designed for competition use in a 3-way active system. DLS Scandinavia 6/2 has different characteristics and performs best in 2-way configurations. This driver can be used active or passive, we have developed a fine 2-way passive crossover as option.

The new Scandinavia series has received the EISA award as "EUROPEAN IN-CAR SPEAKER SYSTEM 2009-2010". EISA stands for European Imaging and Sound Association.

Scandinavia… The Swedish company gave its new top speaker range a proud name, and with good reason. Building on the technological achievements of the previous series, born in the laboratory and listening room, the system was finally honed to perfection on the 2008 competition circuit. Aimed at advanced audiophiles and car audio competitors, Scandinavia stands out in sound as well as build quality. The series provides unprecedented flexibility, comprising four different drivers sold separately, paired with custom 2- and 3-way crossovers if the system is to be run in passive mode. The Scandinavia components excel in their ability to reproduce the finest nuances in the recorded material. The Scandinavia series is all about music!

Sweden, the home country of the DLS sound is also the origin of a new high end cable line, made to bring the best out of all DLS car audio components. The new lineup of the DLS cable series is offering a complete range of cables and connec-tors designed to take car audio systems to the next level of musical audio performance and clear, transparent sound without compromise.

The new DLS cable line up is featuring interconnects and loudspeaker cables.

The DLS HQL interconnect pairs with RCA connectors are especially made for analogue applications. An insulation with PE foam gives them an extremely low capacitance of only 45 pF/m. They are double screened with an efficient Al foil and strong semiconductive nylon ribbon. Due to the high velocity factor the high frequency properties of these cables are standing for superb sound performance. More clean transients and thus improved space di-mension comes with the high velocity. The Velocity factor of the HQLs is 78%, their resis-tance is 32 Ohm per km. The HQL cables are labeled with signal direction arrows and they are available in 2 x 5,5 m and 2 x 1 m. The Cable area is 2 x 0,54 mm2 / AWG20. They are making perfect interconnects for superior Car Audio installations as well as for High End Home Audio Systems.
The DLS OFC speaker cables are twisted and screened in 2x2,5 mm2 / AWG13 and equipped with PP insulated conductors. They are constructed with a short pitch twisting for low inductance and low radiation as well as high tolerance to frequent bending and vibrations before bending fatique. The screen makes the HQS cable immune to electromagnetic inter-ference, which guarantees noise free listening pleasure. The HQS speaker cables are espe-cially designed for Hi-End Car Audio. Their resistance is 6,8 ohm/km, their inductance is 0,35 uH/m. The DLS OFC Cables are available in 50 meter rolls or in 6 meter packing units.
